That is what is known as a vise coin.
someone has put a cent in a vise with a dime on one side and another
cent on the other side and squeezed it.
See these quit often on the forum. There is no value as it is considered damage.

Agree with JimmyD. While cool looking, it's the result of intentional post strike damage. One giveaway is the reversed nature of the 'added' detail.

I agree, this is an intentional damage vise coin. Post mint damage, created to deceive.
