I agree with VV's 002. The mm location, repunching and nice die scratches as markers, look spot on. Nice find, silviosi!

Looks like the OP's coin has a bit lighter die scratches, so it was struck after the V.V example. (Even the MD matches) Loose Machine Doubling on a RPM coin. (yes that is possible)
