It looks more like a contact mark. A lamination is usually found on coins with a single alloy planchet. On a laminated coin the metals used in the alloy are incorrectly mixed and the defect results in a split or missing area in the surface.

I agree with the above. You should be looking for lams in copper cents not those made from copper plated zinc.

Post-strike damage. A scratch and gouge received in circulation.

Lamination issues are not associated with zinc core (copper clad) coins.
