The cent is showing
DDD. Note the devices are not showing hub doubling, but the fields are showing distortion from die wear. This happens on the Single squeeze die coins, especially note on cents.

This is noted on the aging dies. How do we know it is a die wear issue? Note the devices are always in the direction of the closest rims. On this coin, the Motto devices will also show die wear towards the tops of the devices in the direction of the closest rim. This is not a doubled die. The die was normal when it started, as the die ages, it is in the stage 1 phase, showing the spread direction on this stage:

As the die ages, it shows three other steps as part of the aging process. But none of this was hub doubling. The die was normal, now just aging. Not a doubled die.
The dime is now showing an over date issue. If it were a an overdate issue, all the devices of both dates would be seen raised on the coin. On your coin there is not a raised area, but a stain/discoloration on that area. If there would have been two different years on this coin, then all the devices on both sides of the coin would be showing. The dies at that time, had all devices on the master hub/master die/working hubs/working dies all transferred down the chain of command:

So this could not happen on the die level. As I mentioned, all the devices would be seen if the coin was struck on both sides coin, not a case of a single device could happen at the mint. Possible a case of
Pareidolia:

Not a mint error.
In the past this has happened, but no longer can happen at that time when your coin was struck.
