I'm not sure what mint errors these coins exhibit, or even if they're all the same error.

They do appear to be broadstruck. I look forward to additional commentary from the error experts.

They all look broadstruck from these images. Is there any evidence of reeding on the edge? If so, they may be partial collar strikes.

Very nice examples! I like the New Hampshire quarter the best of these as it's perfectly centered, and it looks almost as if it's designed that way.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

I'll have to get back to you on that. I haven't received yet. Thanks.

Hey @otto, that does seem to be a nice bunch. When you have them in hand, check for the lack of reeding as @yoko mentioned, but please also post the maximum diameter. Thx.

I received these coins. The Maryland and Virginia coins have smooth edges. The New Hampshire seems to have a vestige of reeding. The South Carolina has two areas that show some reeding. I labelled the pics. The diameters appear to be standard dimensions.

Thx for adding the edge pics. Looks like @yoko was right about at least some of them being partial collars.

Partial collar on the edge images. If there are no reeds then it could be a broad struck example.
