1939 Proof Lincoln Cent PCGS Graded. Possible Tilted Planchet?

Dearborn Moderator United States 95075 Posts	Posted 11/10/2022 1:28 pm I got this coin in just last night. The more I look at it, the more I wonder if it was a tilted planchet. On the bottom of the obverse, I see a Rim Fin, and at the bottom of the reverse I also see a Rim Fin. This makes me wonder in the planchet was tilted a little in the collar and material snuck past in the gaps created by being tilted thus allowing the fins to form. There is also a slight rotation of the reverse noted as well. Opinions? Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. The rim fins in opposite directions always makes me wonder about a potential wide collar scenario. https://www.error-ref.com/wide-collar/ Last the first 9 in the date.
