@buzz, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with the frog—shelf-like doubling that reduces the widths of letters is Machine Doubling.

I'm with the others, appears to be Machine Doubling. Little/no premium.

I agree, just Machine Doubling, not a real doubled die, not a mint error.
