Agree, 'better' photos needed. That curvilinear feature may be residue caused by another coin sitting on the pictured coin while in a wet/moist environment. New images would be welcome. Thanks.
Looks like damage from the rim with another coin. Note they are incuse. If it was a die issue, it would be raised, not incuse. Post strike damage happens 99% of the rim on coins. 1% of the time it is a mint error. This is post strike damage.
