Agree, 'better' photos needed. That curvilinear feature may be residue caused by another coin sitting on the pictured coin while in a wet/moist environment. New images would be welcome. Thanks.

It is what we call a cup holder coin, as mentioned, a coin being on top of another combined with a little spill of liquid then a ring effect is there.

Its not a stain from any liquid. Its in the coin itself. You can see the lines at an angle.

Looks like damage from the rim with another coin. Note they are incuse. If it was a die issue, it would be raised, not incuse.

Post strike damage happens 99% of the rim on coins. 1% of the time it is a mint error. This is post strike damage.
