Very Late Die State. When the run ended for this die, it would be retired. When they get this back, they are done:

Note how you can tell the extreme die wear. Note the devices are wider on the devices facing the rims. Thinner on the other ends of the same devices. (Closer to the center) Thus that is what extreme die wear looks like.
