sry for all the questions I'm as green as they come ....ive been all over the place bought books watched videos trying ti learn more this is the most direct way to get answers about coins ive found ....so what I'm saying is I appreciate your thoughts and time ...if I'm doing something wrong just let me know its not intentional. thanks in advance

You are correct on both counts, Struck Through Grease and damage.

Interesting. The obverse damage appears to be mechanical in nature--a vintage rotary (mechanical) vending machine likely clipped the 6. We've seen similar over the years.

on the reverse the grease left an indentation and I found another with a clipped number

your pics are distorted by overmagnification, smaller ones than that make details easier for us to assess, about 1000 pixels in width should suffice

These are seen on the cents that were used before the retirement of the 1970's cents on gumball machines:

These will leave a line almost parallel to the rim. But alters the last digit. Not a premium, but just damage to the coin.
