Looks to me like there might be a bit of a Rim Fin on the obv near LIBERTY. We will need a better closeup of the date to assess for doubling.

The photos, while big, appear to be enlargements of low resolution images. Difficult to see crisp detail when the photos are showing what appear to be soft JPEG artifacts.
