Ok, so this is a strange one and maybe somebody can explain it to me, I will just let you look at the picture but look at the top of the IN on the Obverse I can see three indents and I'm wondering what they could be. Any help with this would be great. My phone is messing up so this is the only picture I have at the moment.

@inc, based on this pic, it looks to me like this cent was struck with a tired die.

A photo of the whole coin would help greatly but from what I can see, it is a Ridge Ring.

Need a full pic of the coin. Appears to be a ridge ring--indicative of Die Deterioration issues. A full photo of the reverse as well would be welcome. Thanks.

As mentioned it is a DDD ridge ring/polished die issue. Probably Stage three at this point. Not a plus for the coin. Just an explanation of the die event:

Much better photo.
Shows that it is definitely a Ridge Ring forming.

I see what you are talking about, there are indents along the rim above IN but not above the other letters of IGWT, interesting, can't say I've seen that before with Ridge Ring

I also found just realized there are two die cracks on either side of the building on the Reverse, I will get pics up tonight when I'm done running around. Maybe you guys and gals would know if this penny has any value to it.

Even with the die cracks on the rev, this cent is likely only worth face value. Those sharp corners of the Lincoln Memorial are stress risers, sorta like this:
