Found this 1925 while CRH, the center mark on both sides is concave, while the mark on the upper right is convex on the obverse and concave on the reverse. With this much damage I don't think it's worth anything, just wanted to know if either mark could be considered a Die Cud, and if not what causes this damage?

No this is all damage, perhaps from a concentrated heat source.

Heat damage or maybe BB gun or whatever but was not made at the mint so it is not an error.

It would be good to look up the term " Cud" at error-ref.com.

This is just PMD.
