Has Anyone Seen This 2022 Quarter Error

First thought is glue on the surface? Please try to give us better images, with the reverse side as well as mentioned. Did you find these all in BU mint wrapped rolls and they were all the same in the roll? If not, then the coin may have been altered, or is a mint error coin.
