Looks like an impaired proof?

Proof, AU-58 details cleaned. Lovely reverse. My best guess for the value is about $250-$300.

It's the obverse rim damage top and bottom that catches my eye. I wonder if it was encased in something and the damage occurred getting it out.

please wait at least 24hrs to post grade 48 is better so folks have a chance to chime in

I had it at PR62 only because of the eye appeal I dropped it from 63

Hammered strike on the reverse - concur this is an impaired proof.

Is that rim damage on the obverse (12:00 and 6:00) or an artifact of the TPG holder?

PF 60 details

No doubt cleaned.

That rim looks terrible, cannot see this coin in a straight grade, they were wrong on this one.

I guess it's more proof that they gives these coins leeway.

Still a Beauty!
Since you already blew the grade (I had her at PR-62)...how about the price?
