The title says it all. I've never held a capped die coin in hand and this one I'm on the fence about, but I'm afraid leaning more toward damage. Thanks for your advice.

Weight? Looks like acid or heat damage to me.It also looks harshly cleaned.

Looks like a metal detected coin that has been cleaned.

There is sufficient corrosion on this coin to make it look like a fake.
Nevertheless, I seriously doubt that it is in fact, a fake.
