I was going through my maw maw's old coins, and came across this 1964 penny. It fits inside the outer ring of a normal penny, weighs 3.04g and is pretty thick I have included pictures. Does anyone know what's going on with it? I'm at a loss. Wrong planchet maybe? Thanks y'all

@sgu, the extra heavy rim and oddly worn features make me think you have a Dryer Coin there.
