I just received a bunch of pennies and when going thru them I found a 1964 no mint mark that looks like it was stamped then spun and stamped again. Is this possible and is it worth anything
Agree with those above, just a damaged coin. One other thing, a doubled die is not a coin that is struck twice, it is a coin that has been struck once from a die that has doubling.
Note the affected areas are the highest points on the coin. So it was transferred from another coin. Possibly with two coins and two pieces of wood and a hammer. A vise squeeze would show all of the devices when it is altered this way:
