Common gas bubble on the D - no added value. Search error-ref.com for gas (or plating) bubble.

An easy way to get immediate answers as to whether you have a doubled die, RPM, or OMM. Find them all listed here:
www.varietyvista.com

Scroll down, find the e-book for the coin you are looking for and take the links.

If yours is not listed then you probably have non-collectable doubling such as Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling (search these topics on this forum and at error-ref.com).

It is a small date... I agree it may be a gas bubble (research) I see a lot of wear on the devices also, so die chip is in the back of my mind too.
