This one is kind of tough. All letters in Liberty are visible, so by Red Book standards, F-12. But just about all details of hair and coronet are gone. By ANA Standards VG-8. I'll go VG-10.

If once cleaned, clearly market-acceptable today. This will bring full F-12 price.
