This one doesn't have great eye appeal due to the scratches, but at the same time, I don't think that the scratches are prominent enough to warrant a details grade. With that said, I'm going to say this coin still grades at F-15.

I'm at VF-25, pretty beat-up, old cleaning, not a fan. You can do better.

VF-25 better date but nicks and scratches defeats its value .
