I bet this coin is beautiful in hand. Strike is a bit weaker then the 1960 you posted or is that just lack of die detail? A few more blemishes. The pillars do distract a bit. As do the chin and nose. MS66 but would not be surprised if they gave it a +.

minor mark on jaw. obverse weakness is fairly common. I found many graded 66 with obv weakness similar. theres that green hue toning that you gravitate to. it does look like there is some missing toning from scuffing around the date and some patchy toning on the reverse. the reverse strike is better than I'm seeing on a lot of 66's with strong steps here. the minor marks under the steps in the first reverse photo is typical and is die related. there are several hits on the columns which stand out as the most significant marks on the coin.

MS65+ good shot at 66 as for color I'm thinking RB better lighting would help as shadows may be altering what we are seeing here.
