@pris, there may be a bit of Ridge Ring around LIBERTY, but mostly I'm seeing what appears to be dried glue on the reverse.

Must be a external material on the coin. Do not seem to be Die problem or planchet.

Glue or lacquer, that is all I see. Yes, maybe Ridge Ring near rim.

that is clear glue - something we see quite often here. try an over night soak in water first to see if it softens up and comes loose. If not second try is a long soak in PURE Acetone (NOT fingernail polish remover) and see if the will help to remove it.

Agreed - its glue or similar substance added to the coin. It should dissolve in water or acetone.

If Elmer's glue it will probably come loose with even a fingernail. If something stronger, then it is probably something like clear nail polish or lacquer. Just a spender coin.

i dont know but it dosent feel like glue it is like its shaterd or something it dosnt feel or look like glue its almost as if the outer layer it feels like I can rub ond the layer will fall off of it if I rub on it to much is there anything else that it could be

i just took it out ot the soak but its the same so if it ends up not being glue what could it be and the feathers are like a prickly pear cactus they are like slivers instill think it feels and lookes like its crushed can insend it to one of you guys to see what you think if its in your hand one of you would be vable to see it better but its up to one of you guys you all know a hecjk of a lot more than I do I'm just starting to learn of what I'm looking for heck I steal dont know what a DDO DDR looks like yet but let me know because I want to know what it is and if I found anything exciting other than gum and glue lol

If it's not coming off easily it could be clear epoxy. Try a much longer acetone soak.. It's post mint damage. It didn't leave the mint looking this way.

its steal soaking I check it every day and it's still the same you don't feel like it's glue or anything I don't know
