Altered "1799" Large Cent- Why The Bid Level On This One?

Does NGC handle a counterfeits the same way as an altered date by taking the photovisionplus photo, listing the counterfeit in the cert look up? Report this Post to the Staff

Bidders too dumb to read the listing, bidders thinking NGC is wrong, or people looking to cash in by scamming someone else with it. Knowing ebay I suspect the latter. Report this Post to the Staff
