I see 2 large Cuds & 2 or 3 smaller Cuds. Lamination in 2 spots.every time I look I find something new wrong. Researched & I found no other Cuds for this penny listed. Cud above in AMERICA & Cud above the T in UNITED. Another Cud above O in OF.aybe another above the A in America Value & thoughts. Exciting coin to view.

Not sure what you're seeing, but I don't see any Cuds.

The roughness on the fields is an issue with zinc dust being plated on the coin. No premium for this, ever. Just a normal event during those zincolns that are affected.
