Post-strike damage--a hit taken in circulation. Coin didn't leave the striking chamber in that condition.

To answer your question - I agree that it could be a 0 or a 6. It's difficult to tell with the damage right there. If I had to choose I would say a 0. Definitely PMD (Post Mint Damage). I see you're a Newby with us. Otherwise, he's a nice hole filler until you can find a better one - if you want to.
