Not errors but normal variances in the printing process. If they came out "perfect" they couldn't afford to print them.
99.9%+ of major errors that occur in this day and age get pulled and destroyed before they hit the end of the production line.
I miss the good old days of mismatched serial numbers like when the 1974 J 35/36 $5's were released at the Ft Sill Oklahoma bank. THAT was some fun times! I always heard there were somewhere between five and ten thousand of those mismatched notes released! I had about 30 of them once. Fortunately, I still got one left!
