Might have a trace of wear which would limit it to AU-58. If mint state, the hits on the eagle's legs, field marks, and so-so luster suggest MS-63 or thereabouts.
Not worth sending for certification IMO.

XF/low AU. Hair curl and ear has wear. Hit on the leg of the eagle.

This coin has a decent amount of wear on both obverse and reverse. The date, lettering around the rim, all high points, etc. Probably XF.
