It's a damaged 1909 VDB. It is not a 1909-S VDB. It's worth $1 to people who buy damaged coins.
Why do you think it is a 1909-S VDB?

This is not a 1909-s vdb, but rather just 09 vdb

I see a 1909 VDB Lincoln Cent. I also see 2 laminations above and below the date. Sorry, not seeing any S on this one. If you think you are, you should know that the MM was not placed that far to the right as the lamination is right now. I think what you see is called Pareidolia - an illusion. There are a lot of scratches on the fields that indicate that the coin may have been harshly cleaned at one point. a lot of your images are out of focus, but good enough to see that the devices are a little damaged from circulation. I think that Frog may be referencing the fuzzy images as useless (which I agree. Please try fo get a proper focus before posting them.

@ Nobile03: Quote: What the heck dude? I will not use this address to the peoples which give theirs own opinions. Second: I do not see the S here. IT IS NOT present. You accept or not your own thought. If you look at the Reverse state and Observe you will see clear that this coin was manipulated in order to simulate an valuable coin.

It is a damaged 1909 VDB cent worth 50 cents as a cull.
It is what it is.

@Nobiole - you have been give good advice that I agree with. This is a damaged 1909 VDB cent. Do what you wish with the advice but your choice is not going to magically change this cull coin into a valuable 1909-S VDB Quote: What the heck dude? Not a good approach for a newer member to be throwing around this kind of attitude. We are a friendly and helpful bunch of volunteer experts here and your comments read as snarky and not appreciative of the honest input you have been given. Please consider trying a better approach next time.

The OP is gone. Some people just refuse to believe their coins are junk. We can't save them all from themselves. Seems he was the victim of learning from Facebook and YouTube.
He attempted to post a tirade complete with F bombs and nasty name calling and the software automagically locked him.

When someone posts something bad enough to warrant auto-banning the post is stopped when they hit submit and I get an email with the exact attempted post.
I'll shoot you an email.
