this Quarter has these weird lines running down Washington neck. I was wondering anybody seen these before. thank you in advance.

quite possible that they are polishing lines when someone tried to 'clean up' the profile.
However, can you post up a full coin image of this coin?

Looks like slight Machine Doubling or con contact. Nothing else stands out. The devices are normal in size. Just looking too close for something that is not really there. 10X scopes are what most people would consider a max for buying. (we are not trying to see molecules)

coop I would like to have a chat with you. Coop I would like to ask you a question about the Washington quarters. the question is more I would like your opinion on something I have found. it could make quite a difference in the catalogue. if you answer yes I will explain to you what it is I know. this is why I would like to know your thoughts on this. I saw this before on almost all. Bottom of the bust it is Die Crack and also left side of the neck. For the Mint Mark I have to check my database.

I will point out what I have come across . I will share all the information. I will not in any way identify this coin. I just know the coin exists. its belong to some body in the USA. Silvio here is all I can say. someone in the USA has a 1932 Washington quarter certified. well guess what that coin has the first die change. the rest I will explain to coop. Silvio ok so you know what it is . this is about the obverse. this is not about the reverse. so Silvio I know you know this now.
