1984 Lincoln Cent Missing "We Trust"

I found this 1984 Penny with "we trust" missing on the obverse, would this be a Struck Through Grease? I've seen this happen frequently on the reverse of many pennies but this is the first time I've seen it on an obverse. Is this considered collectible? Thanks in advance :)

It is a Struck Through Grease but not in the best of condition.
Whether you want to save it or not is up to you.

Yes, appears to be struck through grease--in addition to the entire coin being roughed up a bit. Nice find.
