Possible 1921 Wavy Ribbon And Detailed Hair Buffalo Nickel?

1buff2many Valued Member United States 92 Posts	Posted 03/04/2023 08:47 am No problem, yes there is a big difference in value, especially for this year between P and S minted nickels. Something like this one where the date is worn away for a Philly mint might be $0.25 - $0.50 whereas the San Francisco mint 1921 is a key date (very low mintage) for the series and might be worth something like $20-$25 with the date worn away. As far as Philadelphia mintages 1921 was lower than average so a bit better than some other years and a fun one since you can positively ID without a date showing. Report this Post to the Staff
