Is this a double die on the date on this coin?
Also there is some possible doubling on the letters in LIBERTY and on the portrait.
This is the best photos I can make.

Even though it is extreme, just MD. Not often you will find one that has notching but they are out there.

I'd call that one push Machine Doubling. It looks like it moved the devices a bit more than normal Machine Doubling:

This happens more when the machine is really loose and can move the devices a bit more. Not a premium for this, just more extreme.
