I think I've seen someone post about this type of finish, what is it called?

That is caused by zinc dust from an improperly cleaned planchet.
An early problem in the conversion years.

Thanks, everyone. I think I can see a Double Ear, but it seems to be covered up due to the zinc dust. My lightning setup is awful.

Nope. The ear is a lot more noticeable on them:

Seen it called an "Orange Peel" finish..similar to a car paintjob.
