2004-P Dime Found In Circulation With Cud Mint Errors, Toning?

Obverse shows large obstruction over "LIB" in "LIBERTY".
Gentle copper tone at back top of Roosevelt's head. Small pit(?) at eye level directly behind head.
On reverse, edge slightly flattened at "UNIT" in "UNITED".
Both these errors as close as possible to each other. Not sure if mint errors or PMD. THANKS so much for helping.

I'm seeing post-strike damage, which happened in circulation. Not seeing Cuds

Yeah, sorry, this coin was hit by something squishing it a bit or got jammed up in something. it is just damage at this point.
