Finally found A West Point (M.M.) Quarter Virgin Islands Salt River in circulation! Been searching for this Quarter a couple of years. There not easy to find and this one has the V75 counter mark noting 75 years of the Second World War date as of 2020. This is my third West Point Quarter. The Obverse shows heavy hits from circulation, but the Reverse shows good detail so look at the pics and regards!

wow that's awesome! I have seen a lot of these Salt River Bay-US Virgin Islands quarters, but I didn't know some have the W* mint mark. W is West Point special mint. I've learned alot here thank you. While I was ignoring those quarters I was hoping to spot the (equally?) elusive W* 1996 dime special minting 50th anniversary since first FDR dime, ouch. Since no living person shall appear on US coinage (lest he imitate hated monarchs and make himself a tyrant) FDR immediately appeared on a coin the year after his death in 1945 so beloved was he. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963 and had his visage on the 1964 %90 silver half dollar. Great US Presidents and Democrats. However I do have a nice and fairly rare 2009 D U.S. Virgin Islands quarter found in circulation:
