Dearborn Moderator United States 95360 Posts	Posted 04/19/2023 10:49 pm From 1982 onward, the Lincoln cents were plated with a very thin layer of copper. the core is zinc, and there cannot be a lamination issue with these. what I see looks like a stain of some sort.
