Your coin is as mentioned already just Machine Doubling. What you are missing is on the column # 6, the spread on the lower seat area.

Note the spread on the bay. That is the DDR. The other areas are just Machine Doubling. But make a side by side of a normal die and the first images to see if they are the same size as normal or not. The first 'T' on states look wider than normal, but if they are the same size as another coin, then they are not a DDR, but just part of the design. Also do the same for UNITED and let us know what your are seeing there. Make the images cropped at the same points on both sets of images and then make them the same size. Set them over each other to see if they are both the same, or if one set of the devices are wider than normal or not? The more you dig into research, the more you will learn. Seeing is understanding. If you can not edit, then take more images of the same areas I mentioned and I can re-edit them post here. (That way all can learn, as you learn as well)
