Is this a die adjustment error? If so any value in these? Thanks.

@ted, looks like some of the details were lightly struck, which can come from a number of things. What does the reverse look like?

IMHO been an 2020 coin was the bi-ball collar on angle and what I see an unbalance strike. It is an error? No. those strikes are in the Mint parameters. The opposite Rims bink me at this conclusion. At the speed of 750 coins a minute sometimes the collars could be angled.

I see a grease strike thru.
If it were a "die adjustment strike" the Reeding of the coin will be not strong like a normally coin.
Because the Reeding occurs when the coin is struck so if a weak strike the Reeding will be affected.
Also the reverse resemble the same weakness as the obverse. In this case it doesn't so grease strike it is.

So is a grease strike worth anything other than 10 cents?

The faint peripheral elements on the obverse are most likely due to die wear, specifically a type I've termed "design-devouring die wear". Essentially the field portion of the die retreats down to the deepest levels of the die recesses, where those recesses are narrowest. It's quite common on recent dimes and quarter.
