With the photos posted (not large enough and a bit soft), your coin appears to be a common, circulated example. There might be a modest misaligned die matter with the obverse--not entirely sure. It is very clear and is unmistakable. There is another, more minor doubled die, but it doesn't appear to be that one either. If there is doubling present it is most likely just Machine Doubling, but clear close up pictures would verify. Report this Post to the Staff

Compare to examples here https://doubleddie.com/314201.html , It would have to match exactly, as the doubling is in the die and all coins struck from the die would be the same.
