Can't put my finger on it but it seems off to me. This is an ebay auction. Seller has 100% feedback with over 6.7K feedback results. ebay item number: 256047949416

It looks possibly cleaned to me. I also think they are using some sort of photo filter that makes it look a little off. Closely uncirculated is strange terminology.
It still is probably a valuable coin but I don't think it is worth what they are asking. Too bad they don't take offers.
Also I noticed there is some "neutral" feedback that is not great.

I'm thinking the lighting used in the photography (and the camera settings themselves) may be contributing to the somewhat grainy, washed out look. I'm leaning toward a legit example. Leaning...

Thanks, I was 'leaning' the same way - (which is why I asked for additional opinions). So, I'm letting this one go...

well that's the thing, I'm not sure, it sort of looks cleaned, the texture looks funny, maybe it is just lighting or the image itself.

He does seem to use a less than standard grading scale, that might put you into a bizzaro land mindset while viewing his auctions causing things to appear off. I wonder if this CLOSELY UNCIRCULATED bust quarter being sold could be a slider that might make it into an MS holder? Or possibly an UNC details one. https://www.ebay.com/itm/256055393229

Quote: He does seem to use a less than standard grading scale, Yes, the seller, it would seem, has used weird terms for classifying the coins many times, and had complaints about it. Yes - that did throw me off a bit. Cleaned was my first thought John.
