The coin has been exposed to high heat (could have been a campfire) that started to melted the clad layers and caused them to separate partly from the core. This left the lumpy surfaces when the coin cooled. It's Post Mint Damage or PMD. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T!
