Unusual and neat to look at, but surface toning generally doesn't add to the numismatic value of a coin.

Looks interesting but posted photos are a bit too soft (enlargements of low resolution pics?) to get a strong feel for the coin. Toning is the result of the coin's surface reacting to environmental agents.

 the toning could be artificial as well, through careful heating and cooling of the coin.

 to the CCF! It could have gone through the wash in someone's pocket. Copper can react with bleach and detergents and tone to pink, blue, purple and green hues.

could be also blue for guns. I played with and give a nice un worth color for the time and cost of the solution.

 to the CCF and  Cents can take on any color imaginable. You like it so save it, it only cost 1 cent.
