Interesting double error, although would be nice to have a bit more coverage on the second strike. But then the fingerprints aren't awesome either. Still I liked it so picked it up. On the reverse, the second strike is pretty thin and curved up, but under a loupe you can see the FG from the second strike so it is bifacial.

Pretty nice off center - and you are lucky you have a full date too. And yes, that print smear is unfortunate. Have you tried acetone to see if it lightens a bit? It looks fairly fresh...

I don't like to treat coins with anything, especially MS grade coins. But yes, this one does seem like a good candidate for a bath as some of that will come off.

15 minutes in acetone removed much of the worst of it.
