The gold numbers suggest that the value of those Notes would be around $100 each, but would have less real value in a year or so, due to inflation.

If you keep them they will soon have less value due to inflation . Spend ! Or better yet invest in some dividend stock.

I'm unable to see anything that I would value above face value. A bunch of near misses and semi-interesting serial numbers. If I added up your two posts correctly, you can make your deposit slip out for $1,004.
