I've seen all over the forum the mention of " WAM". Now I realize this means wide between the A and M in America in Lincoln cents. I also know they were more common in some years and near-impossible to find in some other years.

Is there a thread somewhere that explains it all? I would like to know the story behind WAM's, their rarity, what years to look for, their value, etc. I've been searching through penny rolls and haven't been looking for these. Now I wonder if it's something I should be searching out.

Thanks

Ken
