I have a box labeled 'Brian's gold coins', but I'm worried that this is too conspicuous.

I thought of labeling it 'Brian's FOOLS gold coins'. Or maybe, 'there is a magic spell on this box.' A few more ideas I came up were 'danger: leprechauns', 'you're standing directly over 100 pounds of TNT' and 'no gold here, check the crawlspace'. What do you think would work?

Why not just not label it anything and slap a few NRA stickers on there?

I wouldn't label it with anything much less keep it out where someone might find it. But if you Must label it with something...

Yeah, I wouldn't put a label on it with anything mentioning gold. Thats asking for them to look at it. I like the NRA idea =)

Put something like old photos on the box or something. Who in their right mind would steal pictures.

How about one of those "Bio-hazard" stickers that hospitals put on blood samples?

OR...

Label it "The Complete Cinematic Works of Pauly Shore"

People are starting to wear the 70's styles... plus the avocado green and this-is-the-most-annoying-color-I-could-find orange is coming back to kitchens as well - I just saw a catalog recently with 'retro vintage' in the same colors! I about fell out my chair.

Ok, where's my 'gag me with a spoon' icon...

Edited for spelling....
