Because the theories about Longacre doubling involve punches, and the shield and wreath were engraved and not punched, I don't think you could call it Longacre doubling. The coin definitely has some on the obverse legend though.

The obverse I pictured in my example is from a different coin to illustrate what Longacre doubling looks like.

I'm not sure what it is on the wreaths. Machine Doubling would only go off in one direction, as I understand it. Both wreaths show some sort of doubling on both sides. The shape of the doubled areas don't exactly match the shape of the wreath. See CU detail and focus on the top of the wreaths. On the shield, seems like if it were a late die state there would be other elements showing similar effects. I'm out of my depth (which is about knee deep) on this, but it's interesting.
