Hello, I must need glasses because I can visibly see with my naked eye a multistrike error and a broadstrike error. Why would ngc fail to want to add these finds even though the mint mark $18 dollar option was arranged? Can you make it make "cents" (lol).

To me, it looks like you have taken pictures through plastic slab so everything looks blurry and doubled.

Well first off, if you don't ask the grading company to attribute a possible error, they won't.
and second this MM looks like it has a bit of a zinc plating bubble in it, which is not an error.

If the coin has a complete/intact rim, it's not likely there is a broadstrike issue. At first glance, there appears to be a spilt plating issue with the mint mark (appears...). Full pics of the obverse and reverse might help.

Also forgot to mention the area at the rim is not a broad strike as Ijn mentioned, split plating or possible Ridge Ring forming.

to the CCF Why would you want to spend good money chasing bad twice? The proof as stated above is not an error, just split copper plating. The other is a Ridge Ring, still not an error. Save your money this time.

Machine Doubling removed the copper off of the devices. Never was a doubled die or RPM. Just Machine Doubling altering the coin post strike. Just a damaged coin now.
