My 9 year old daughter searching her piggy bank came across this quarter. I'm pretty sure it's MD, but it almost looks good to. I told her I would check with you guys to see what you thought. No attribution number on this one.

There will never be a DDR on that area of the coins. The DDR's will be on the centers of the designs on these coins. MD is very common on that area. Mild to strong happens 70% of the time with looseness of the machine. (Depending on how much, it affects that area the most and is striking issue, not a doubled die issue on that area.
